What you will do, but not limited to:- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of digital products.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to track product progress.
- Analyze product performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Help in preparing documentation and reports related to product features and updates.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product reliability.
- Manage product-related communications to internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product operations, product management support, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Experience or interest in digital products, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts related to APIs and digital services.
