About The Role

We are Smart Cyber, member of Cybertrend, one of the leader data science consultants in Indonesia. At CYBERTREND, we believe that every company can unlock its full execution capacity – and for that we need you as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT
. We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and overachieving Data Analytics, Data Science & Management Consultant with a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives, to support and help our growing sales team to achieve its revenue goal.

You will translate our customers’ business challenges into data solutions and help articulate the unique value proposition that CYBERTREND brings to our prospects. You will partner with our sales team to build and execute custom demos, proof of concepts and executive presentations. You will support selling into new prospects as well as up‑selling to existing customers. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up‑selling and contribution to the overall sales team and business.

• Minimal Diploma’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the same position or have handled Linux and Windows Operating System Support
• Solid understanding of Linux system administration (CentOS / Ubuntu / Redhat)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Having passion in Business Intellegence

• Tableau Server installation in LINUX and Windows Server
• Responsible to monitor & troubleshoot system servers in a timely manner
• Handle Problem on tableau server and tableau dekstop or other business intellegence application
• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate troubleshooting
• Do reguler health check and perform log Analysis
• Updated technology about business intellegence application
