Scrum Master; Onsite at East

Responsibilities

• Manage all development processes within the dealership product team.
• Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn‑down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Actively control the quality of products managed by the product team.
• Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity.
• Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
• Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross‑team challenges.
• Encourage team collaboration & self‑organization.

• Placement at the Pulomas office.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to sign a 6‑12 months contract.
• Willing to work onsite from the Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta.
