Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Menangani incident response, troubleshooting, dan eskalasi issue sesuai SLA
- Membantu tim engineer dalam aktivitas preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance
- Menyusun dokumentasi operasional, runbook, dan laporan berkala
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang IT support, operations, atau monitoring system
- Memahami dasar Linux dan Windows Server administration
- Familiar dengan salah satu atau lebih dari:
Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Filebeat, Pentaho - Memiliki pemahaman dasar database (Oracle, MSSQL) dan SQL
- Mampu melakukan basic scripting (Bash, Power Shell, atau Python) untuk otomasi tugas operasional
- Komunikasi yang baik dan terbiasa bekerja dalam lingkungan enterprise
- Bersedia bekerja onsite di kantor klien
- Pernah menangani sistem monitoring di lingkungan financial services atau payment system
- Memiliki sertifikasi terkait (Elastic Certified, Linux, atau setara)
