You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

As a TSP Business Analyst intern, you'll get your hands on the full analytical stack that drives one of Indonesia's most dynamic e-commerce operations: building and managing live performance dashboards, setting GMV and penetration targets across Account Managers and agency partners, and translating raw data into sharp recommendations that directly shape how Tik Tok Shop's livestream, content, and product strategies evolve.

You will work with real numbers, sharpening your SQL skillset while developing structured, data-driven thinking.

• Manage dashboards, consisting of TSP performance, seller performance, and project performance
• Set up the GMV target and penetration target for each AM and TSP level
• Monitor the performance of TSP in e-commerce, including the GMV performance and content performance
• Analyse the performance of AM and TSP, provide recommendations on improvement especially related to Live-streaming, content operations, and product assortment strategy
• Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled University student (BS/BA/MS), preferably majoring in Data Science, Information System, Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
• Intermediate in SQL
• Advanced Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Xlookup, Import Range, Sumif, Pivot table, etc]
• Good analytical thinker
• Comfortable with data processing
• Happy to work with numbers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship, freelance, or campus project experience in eCommerce (would be a plus)
• Eager to learn, hard worker and motivated
