Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Managing IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and generating reports.
- Implementing and monitoring office IT security and antivirus.
- Performing first‑level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups.
- Completion of a vocational course or diploma in Information Technology or an RPL‑related major.
- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL queries).
- Strong skills in hardware, software, system, and network management.
- Commitment to integrity, problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and good communication.
- Internship experience is a plus.
