Data Analyst; Talent Pool

About the Role

As a part of the Data Analyst team, you will collaborate with our stakeholders to solve problems by providing data & analytics solutions. You will play an essential role in creating a data culture by ensuring stakeholders can make data-based decisions. If you are detail oriented and love working with large data sets, this role offers growth in technical, business, and product acumen.

• Provide analysis to measure the impact of new features, business flows, and campaigns, presenting results visually to facilitate data storytelling.
• Create and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder requirements, ensuring timely and accurate data consumption.
• Create and manage Data Marts to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain data quality and accuracy.
• Advisory role with stakeholders from various backgrounds, proposing new metrics, data sources, visualizations, and analytical methods.
• Translate complex insights into simplified, business‑applicable communication.
• Deliver tasks accurately and quickly; speed of delivery is valued.
• Stay current with data and analytics trends.

• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Ability to build user‑friendly, insightful dashboards or reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar.
• Experience working with diverse data sources (No
  
  SQL, RDBMS, JSON, etc.) to support analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive analysis using analytics tools (Big Query, Python, R, SPSS, etc.).
• Knowledge of data mining concepts (statistics, machine learning, forecasting, etc.).
• Experience with core banking data and an understanding of digital lending flow.
• Strong storytelling skills to explain projects to stakeholders.
• Holistic mindset and cross‑functional thinking.
• Comfortable handling millions of rows of data.
• Innovative approach to propose and implement alternative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Self‑driven, curious, problem‑solving mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with Google Big Query and Looker.
• Experience exploring data from third‑party platforms (web & mobile analytics, marketing attribution, API logging, etc.).
• Best practices for building Data Marts.
