Quality Assurance; QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, or backend applications.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and related teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements before release.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Prepare testing documentation and testing reports.
• Support deployment validation and post-release verification activities.
• Maintain testing standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 6 month of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA), Software Tester, or related role.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in manual testing for web and/or mobile applications.
• Familiar with creating test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
• Experience using testing and project management tools such as Jira, Test Rail, Postman, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of API testing and database queries is an advantage.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
