Product Associate Data Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Product or Project Manager for Database Management platform/Data Warehouse
• Strong SQL querying abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong Analytical and Logical thinking
• Can communicate well both in English and Bahasa
• Good initiative, fast learner, confidence, self-improvement, can work under pressure
• Good leadership skills
• Willing to work onsite in Puri, Kembangan, West Jakarta

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timely delivery of features
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and expectations
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct UAT and production testing including feedback collection
• Conduct Ad-hoc check and analyze on system as required
• Ability to analyze, dissect and understand data (financial and non-financial)
• Engage with stakeholders in terms of implementation, training and problem solving
• Lead, coach & manage a small team that induce positive and high-performance team culture
