FY - Internship - IFS - External Communication; Electronic Direct Mail

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist with day-to-day Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) operations including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Help build, test, and schedule email campaigns and customer journeys.
• Support data-related tasks such as imports, segmentation, audience list management, and basic reporting.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues in campaigns.
• Document processes and support general marketing operations as needed.

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Currently studying Information Systems/Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, or related fields with a strong interest in marketing technology and data.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud and consent management is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with data using Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV files.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn SFMC tools.
• Proficient in English.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
