• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Willingness to learn and an interest in technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects, if required.

• Accounting background & Industrial Engineering.
• A computing background (Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
• Basic knowledge or skills in programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Dev Ops, etc.).
• Track record of outstanding internship and co‑curricular activities.
• Certifications such as Associate Android Developer, Associate Cloud Engineer, or Bangkit Academy.
