Location Jakarta The  Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.

About the Team:

Drive the future of data-driven decision-making by building AI-powered analytics products that transform how our business uses data. You'll own the product roadmap for AI-enabled business intelligence, identifying high-impact opportunities and shipping solutions that measurably improve speed, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Job Description:

Own the AI analytics roadmap – Define and execute the product strategy for AI-driven BI tools, aligned with business and data strategy

Identify and solve BI challenges – Pinpoint where AI can unlock value in reporting, self-service analytics, and process automation

Build products from concept to launch – Partner with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to design solutions, define requirements, and deliver on time Drive measurable impact – Launch pilots, scale adoption, and track metrics (adoption rates, query efficiency, cost savings, time-to-insight) to prove ROIChampion AI adoption – Help teams integrate AI into daily analytics workflows and build an AI-first culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years product management experience, ideally in data or analytics.

Experience with AI/LLM technologies, AI agents, or analytics automation, as well as familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks.

Strong BI fundamentals – Understanding of reporting systems, data modeling, and analytics platforms.

Stakeholder management skills – Ability to align and influence across business, engineering, and data teams.

Data-driven problem solver – Analytical mindset with proven ability to drive decisions with data.

Self-starter mentality – Comfortable owning initiatives independently from ideation to launch.
