IT Governance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT Security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with risk management principles and applicable regulations in the use of Information Technology.
• Conduct communication and socialization of IT Security policies and procedures to all stakeholders to enhance security awareness and compliance.
• Design, implement, and monitor Security Awareness programs to educate employees on information security practices and promote a security-conscious culture.
• Ensure all IT processes and operational activities comply with established policies, guidelines, and procedures, while upholding prudential principles, sharia compliance requirements, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Security, IT Risk Management, or IT Compliance.
• Understanding of IT Governance, Information Security, and Risk Management concepts.
• Experienced in developing policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Familiar with security and governance frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including conducting awareness and policy socialization programs.
• Understanding of compliance principles, internal controls, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
