QA Automation

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to ensure high-quality delivery across web, mobile, and backend applications.

• Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Perform automation testing to ensure application quality, functionality, performance, and stability before deployment.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects found during testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with organizational quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
• At least 1.5 years of work experience in Automation Testing.
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts.
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript).
• Preferred:
  Experience in Automation Testing within the Banking industry is highly desirable.
