NTT Limited is seeking a Security Managed Services Engineer (L1) to support client firewall infrastructures. This entry-level role includes providing front-line support and monitoring client solutions, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, knowledge of ITIL processes, and a client-centric approach. The position requires on-site work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
