Senior Network Security Engineer; NSE

Responsibilities

• Implement network and security‑related projects at the customer site.
• Coordinate with the Pre‑Sales team on project handover.
• Assess existing customer network & create low‑level design documents to fulfill customer business requirements.
• Deliver presentations on project design and transfer knowledge to customers on the day‑to‑day operation of the implemented system.
• Perform migrations to replace/deploy network & Security devices.
• Write technical documentation and other document deliverables on implemented projects.
• Execute maintenance & troubleshooting at the customer network
• Build technical relationships with customers and 3rd parties.
• Responsible as technical escalation role for complex issues

• Deep Experience in Network & Security design and creating configurations for deployments.
• Advanced understanding in network & security solutions (routing & switching, firewalls, wireless technologies, SIEM, proxy, NAC, etc.)
• Experienced in deploying complex solutions for global network & security‑related brands (Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus/Fortinet/Palo Alto/Checkpoint, etc.)
• Certifications in network/security is a plus (Fortinet NSE7 or higher, CCNP, PCNSE, CCSE)

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or its related field minimum IPK of 3.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have good presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as Network/Security Engineer on IT System Integrator company
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Willing to conduct short‑time travel outside Jakarta if needed.
• Hard worker, able to work under pressure.
• Able to work in a team, self‑motivated, have a strong desire to learn
• Able to perform as a technical leader in projects
• Have a personal transportation vehicle and related driving license
