Head of Advisory - Data Analytics

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting, with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex analytics projects.
• In-depth knowledge of analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of big data technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
• Proven ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Exceptional problem-solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities.

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the data analytics function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics.
• Lead and manage a team of data analytics professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the analytics team.
• Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams, guiding decision‑making processes with data‑driven strategies.
• Translate business problems into structured analytics solutions and oversee their execution.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Ensure that analytics projects provide measurable value and insights to the organization or clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their analytics needs and provide customized solutions.
• Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
• Drive innovation in analytics methods, tools, and processes to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives.
• Continuously refine and optimize analytics processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
