Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of one of our Financial services to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The role is responsible for defining the digital product roadmap, driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, customer‑centric digital banking solutions.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation.
- At least 8 years in a leadership role managing digital banking products or platforms.
- Experience in commercial or conventional banks is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital banking products.
