Business Intelligence Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database query languages.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts, including supporting technologies and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple data sources.
• Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Support the development and enhancement of data warehouse and data lake environments to enable efficient data analytics and reporting.
• Provide data visualization and performance analysis to help identify business trends, opportunities and Risk
