Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
- Lead the optimization strategy for Indodana/Cermati Apps on Google Play & App Store. Analyze keyword conversion rates, conduct A/B testing on store assets, and improve visibility on high-intent keywords.
- Utilize mathematical modeling to analyze organic performance data. Build predictive models for traffic and revenue forecasting to guide business decisions.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) to solve complex algorithmic penalties or traffic drops. Provide data-backed recommendations to the Organic Growth Supervisor and Manager.
- Analyze user behavior data (Heatmaps, User Flow) to optimize landing pages for conversion. Bridge the gap between "Traffic" and "Revenue".
- Lead the strategy of user organic growth from all marketing channels for Indodana and Cermati, apps and websites.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Preferred majors:
Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Engineering. - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, ASO, or Growth Hacking. Proven track record in managing large-scale websites (Aggregator/E-commerce) is a must.
- Advanced Data Proficiency: SQL (Intermediate), Excel/Spreadsheet (Advanced Formula/Pivot), and Data Visualization (Looker Studio/Tableau).
- Strong capability in pattern recognition, root-cause analysis, and hypothesis-driven testing.
- SEO/GEO:
Deep understanding of Search Algorithms, Schema Markup (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and AI Search behavior. - ASO:
Experience with tools and metrics that generated from it, like GA4, Appflyer or Adjust (Mobile Measurement Partner), Mobile Action, Sensor Tower, or App Tweak.
