Master Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Keep & Maintain Master Data (e.g. regularly check for data to clean up incorrect data, to make sure the data is healthy, track request/update changes where required, maintain proper documentation of files & data)
• Create and Update Master Data based on request and approval
• Analyze Master Data (e.g. the data context, how data changes, able to break down required information, whether information given is correct or incorrect, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments on topics such as lack of information on request forms, confirmation of task done, research/discuss on current end to end workflow of certain task, discuss/negotiate how to achieve more efficient workflow of certain task, research on tools to make master data team workload easier where possible etc.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a master data specialist or related role.
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level), including common formulas and data management.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs.
