• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics / assessment / analytics
• Minimum education:
  
  Master’s degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of assessment and psychometrics
• Experienced in processing and analyzing data
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with ISO or certification in psychometrics/statistics is a plus
