Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of the Vidio Sports Calendar from App Sheet to the Vidio CMS by assisting with data preparation, validation, and system updates.
• Document existing business processes and workflows to ensure a smooth and accurate migration process.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to support system improvements.
• Perform data verification and basic SQL queries to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the migration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify issues, monitor migration progress, and support post‑migration validation.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business process analysis and business workflow documentation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Familiar with basic SQL queries for data retrieval and validation.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively while working collaboratively in a team.
