Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan discovery dan requirement gathering untuk memahami kebutuhan bisnis klien
- Menganalisis proses bisnis klien dan mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan melalui implementasi ERP
- Merancang solusi sistem ERP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional klien
- Menyampaikan product demonstration kepada stakeholder bisnis
- Mendukung tim sales dalam proses penyusunan proposal dan solusi implementasi
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim consultant dan technical team untuk memastikan solusi yang diusulkan dapat diimplementasikan
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun pada posisi relevan, seperti ERP Functional Consultant, ERP Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, atau Solution Consultant
- Memahami proses bisnis:
Finance / accounting, Inventory management, Sales & purchasing, dan Manufacturing (nilai tambah) - Memahami alur implementasi ERP, mulai dari requirement gathering hingga go-live
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik, khususnya dalam menjelaskan solusi sistem kepada klien
- Pengalaman menggunakan salah satu sistem ERP berikut menjadi nilai tambah:
Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Net Suite
