PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an Application Support/IT Operations specialist to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise applications. You will work with PL/SQL, Remedy ticketing, and remote server management to keep critical services up and running.
A Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS is required; candidates should be familiar with Dynatrace, Grafana, and agile methodologies, and capable of collaborating in a cross-functional team.
