Data Scientist - Jakarta - WFO ()

Position: Data Scientist
Employment Type: Contract-Based

Work Arrangement: Full Work From Office (WFO)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Integration, with proven experience in migrating unstructured data (Excel/CSV) into centralized relational databases.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale (enterprise-level) ETL/ELT solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, including Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Optimization, and complex SQL development.
• Proficient in writing advanced SQL queries for large-scale data processing and transformation.
• Strong Python programming skills for data processing and automation, particularly using Pandas, Num Py, and related integration frameworks.
• Experience in consuming and developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with ETL tools such as Talend (preferred) or SSIS.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow for scheduling and managing data pipelines.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Data Modeling.
• Knowledge of Data Governance practices, including Data Lineage, Data Cataloging, Metadata Management, and automated data quality validation.

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies for automating repetitive business processes.
• Familiarity with modern Data Cataloging platforms such as Open Metadata, Data Hub, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of real-time data architectures and streaming technologies such as Kafka or Spark Streaming.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as Talend Certified Developer, Microsoft SQL Server Certification, or other related certifications.
