Data Analyst Intern

Job opportunity for Data Analyst Intern at WM Center in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources (operational, marketing, patient, and partnership data)
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights related to clinic operations and growth
• Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools)
• Support ad-hoc analysis for business, marketing performance, and operational efficiency
• Assist in tracking KPIs such as patient acquisition, referral performance, conversion rates, and retention
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation

• Fresh graduate in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong understanding of basic data analysis concepts (descriptive analysis, trend analysis, KPI tracking)
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a strong plus)
• Familiar with data visualization and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Python / R or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with real operational data
• Interest in healthcare, medical services, or service-based businesses is a plus
