Deskripsi Pekerjaan- Audit efektivitas sistem (CRM, Call Center, Omnichannel)
- Identifikasi gap & analisis masalah + rekomendasi solusi
- Konsultasi penggunaan sistem & optimalisasi workflow
- Menyusun materi training & panduan sistem
- Kolaborasi internal & penanganan issue klien
- Menyusun laporan secara terstruktur
- Min. D3/S1 (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, atau terkait)
- Pengalaman training produk IT seperti CRM/HRIS/ERP min. 2 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman mengajar atau sebagai guru menjadi nilai plus
- Analitis & problem solving kuat
- Mandiri & proaktif
- Komunikasi & presentasi baik
