Location: Jakarta Barat
- Memiliki pemahaman ketentuan - ketentuan yang mengatur terkait IT, memahami proses kerja pengajuan perizinan dan pelaporan terkait IT & Digital.
- Menyusun strategi guna mendorong terciptanya Budaya Kepatuhan Bank terkait IT & Digital Product.
- Meminimalkan risiko Kepatuhan yang dihadapi Bank terkait IT & Digital Product.
- Memastikan agar kebijakan, ketentuan, sistem, dan prosedur serta kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh Bank terkait IT & Digital Product telah sesuai dengan ketentuan regulator (OJK dan BI) dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
- Menyusun kebijakan kepatuhan atau prinsip-prinsip untuk mendukung kepatuhan IT & Digital Product yang akan ditetapkan oleh Direksi.
- Menyusun laporan untuk kepentingan manajemen Bank terkait IT & Digital Product, serta memenuhi kewajiban pelaporan ke regulator.
- Memantau dan memastikan pemenuhan komitmen Bank ke Regulator disampaikan tepat waktu.
- Menjadi Liaison Officer Bank ke pihak regulator seperti OJK dan BI, serta regulator terkait terkait IT & Digital Product.
