Data Inventory Management

Lead the Data & Inventory Management function covering Site Management, Inventory Management and Data Management

Ensure clear roles, priorites, manpower planning and performance management across the three sub-functions

Ensure network assets, site/CME information, inventory and network data are accurate, controlled and regularly updated

Ensure the Backbone Core Management System is effectively governed and maintained as the reliable source of network information

Establish data-quality, asset-control, inventory-control and site-management governance and audit mechanisms

Coordinate with planning, procurement, operation & IT network, NOC, Project and Perfromance teams to align DIM priorities with business and operational needs

Manage major vendor/mitra issues, risks, escalations and cross-functional improvement initiatives

Drive digitalization, standardization and continuos improvement across DIM

Prepare management dashboards and performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management

Manage departmental resources and budget within approved authority

Perform other assignments required to support business and organization growth

Have Bachlor/Master degree inn Engineering Electrical/Information Technology/Supply Chain or related

3 years working Telecommuncation Network area is preferrable, site/facility management, data management or related operations (management experience preffered)

5 years of experiences as FM/Building Management

Have experiences in Core Management System

Have leadership skill, strategic planning, decision making and problem soving skill
