- Own and maintain CRM configuration, data structure, permissions, and workflows.
- Build and optimize workflow automation across the revenue process to reduce manual work.
- Monitor CRM data quality, workflows, integrations, and user access.
- Improve revenue processes and maintain clear SOPs, process documentation, SLAs, and RACI.
- Build dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecasting, order flow, and SLA performance.
- Manage client security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and due diligence requests.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT Sec, and Engineering on security and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM administration/configuration, preferably Hub Spot.
- Strong experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, and system integration.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM reporting tools.
- Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Net Suite.
- Knowledge of data governance and security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/SOC
2) is a plus. - Familiar with automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, or n8n is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English proficiency, written and spoken.
