UI​/UX Designer & Design System Architect

Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience building and maintaining a Design System, not only designing individual UI screens.

Strong proficiency in Figma, including:

Variables & Design Tokens

Components & Nested Components

Variants & Component Properties

Auto Layout

Interactive Components

Libraries & Publishing

Prototyping & Responsive Design

Strong understanding of Design System architecture and reusable component principles.

Experience creating semantic design tokens.

Experience documenting component usage, behaviors, states, and design guidelines.

Good understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Frontend Developers and communicate design specifications clearly.

Portfolio demonstrating:

Design System

Component Library

Design Tokens

Documentation

Implementation across multiple screens or products

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following roles are highly preferred:

Design System Designer
- Experienced in creating reusable foundations, components, tokens, accessibility guidelines, and documentation.

Design Engineer / UX Engineer
- Able to bridge design and development with knowledge of design tokens, component architecture, responsive behavior, and frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS or React.
