Duitku - PT Kharisma Catur Mandala is seeking a detail-oriented Incident Monitoring Specialist to help ensure the reliability of our payment ecosystem. You will monitor transaction traffic across all channels, track success and error rates, latency, and anomalies in a fast-paced fintech setting.
You will coordinate with Channel Partnership teams, banks, and partners during disruptions, analyze logs to identify root causes, and escalate to engineers and product teams as needed.
