HCIS Supervisor

Manage daily HCIS operations and ensure system reliability and effectiveness.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data.

Maintain employee master data, organizational structure, positions, and employment status.

Ensure employee lifecycle transactions such as joiners, transfers, promotions, mutations, and terminations are updated accurately and on time.

Minimum Bachelor Degree's from reputable University,from any major

Minimum 2 years in related field

Proficiency in english both written or speaking

Advance in Microsoft excel

Familiar with HRIS especially Pro-Int

Experiences to making the analytic reporting

Focus on detail parameter & process
