Systems Solution Engineer

Design end-to-end network and connectivity solutions based on customer business and technical requirements.

Prepare High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), solution proposals, BOQ, and technical documentation.

Work closely with the Sales team during customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions.

Provide technical consultation and recommend the most suitable network architecture and technologies.

Support project implementation, migration, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery.

Perform network assessment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, Network Engineer, or ISP Network Design Engineer.

Strong experience in network design and solution architecture for Enterprise or ISP environments.

Mandatory experience with Mikro Tik (MTCRE certification is required).

Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VPN).

Familiar with Metro Ethernet, Fiber Optic, Internet Gateway, Wireless, and ISP Infrastructure.

Experience preparing HLD, LLD, BOQ, SOW, and technical proposals.

Hands-on experience with Mikro Tik, Cisco, Huawei, or Juniper devices.

Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
