Project Manager

About the role

PT Sibima Berkarya Mandiri is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our organisation. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta
. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects whilst ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is critical to our success, as you will oversee multiple initiatives that directly impact our business objectives and stakeholder satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure

Monitor project progress and performance against established baselines and key performance indicators

Identify, analyse and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, team members, and senior management

Control project scope, schedule and budget, managing changes through formal change control processes

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements

Document project outcomes, lessons learned and best practices for organisational improvement

Support the procurement and vendor management processes where applicable

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information technology, engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably within the technology or ICT sector

Professional project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification

Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity and scope, preferably with budgets exceeding USD 100,000

Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent projects

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented approach

Experience with stakeholder management and ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels

Knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, and procurement processes

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
