System Analyst

You will design and develop technical requirement documents that align with business requirements and maintain the documentation in a consistent and up-to-date manner.

• Design and develop technical requirements document such as (but not limited to) API Contracts, Sequence Diagram, ERD, and FSM Diagram.
• Ensuring developed solution are aligned with technical requirements by collaborating with Product Owners/ Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects and QA Engineers to align business requirements with technical requirements.
• Efficient & reliable IT Operational Management in the process establishing Local App alternate Database and On-cloud database.
• Robust IT Info Sec and GRC Management.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Proven 2+ years' experience lead overseeing application development team.
• Preferably coming from or have experienced as software engineer. Extra plus if have experience working in financial service industry such as investment, remittance, lending.
• Technical experienced with System Designed & Documentation (proficient in developing and interpreting Sequence Diagram, C4 Diagrams and UML/ BPMN diagrams), solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, API & Integration, Messaging Systems, and Data Management (SQL skills and data modelling concepts).
• Good communication skills, collaboration and teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
