ERP Supply Chain Management Consultant

Responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules based on client business requirements. The consultant works closely with clients, business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and system adoption.

• ERP SCM Implementation
  Implement and configure SCM modules, including Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Distribution, and Supply Planning
  .
• Analyze client supply chain processes and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Business & Requirement Analysis
  Understand and analyze clients' procurement, inventory, warehouse, sales, and supply chain processes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using ERP standard functionality.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, and solution documentation.
• System Configuration & Testing
  Configure SCM-related ERP functions according to approved requirements.
• Prepare and conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system issues.
• Client Support
  Provide functional support for SCM-related ERP issues.
• Assist users with purchasing, inventory, warehouse, sales, and supply chain transactions.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.
• Training & Documentation
  Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct ERP training for key users and end users.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Project Coordination
  Coordinate with project managers, finance consultants, technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Track assigned tasks, issues, and project deliverables.
• Ensure assigned activities are completed according to project schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  .
• Experience in ERP implementation, SCM consulting, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management
  .
• Good understanding of procurement, inventory, warehouse, sales, distribution, and supply chain processes
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  , particularly for projects involving Chinese-speaking clients.
