Responsibilities- Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets (Firewall, Wi‑Fi, Switches & VPN).
- Install, configure, troubleshoot ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, mobile devices management.
- Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other IT assets inventory.
- Ensure availability of IT infrastructure services to authorized users including Active Directory, Print, Mail, and Windows servers.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first level team.
- Source, manage and work with the designated vendors to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, telephony, data recovery and desktop/laptop computer support.
- Establish the IT guidelines and security policies to educate employees on good IT practices.
- Perform any job‑related duties as assigned by the superior.
- Take action on onboarding & offboarding process.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on IT experience, with at least 1 year in end‑user support or IT operations.
- Strong working knowledge of networking, IT security, systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environment, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience working with vendors and third‑party service providers.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
- A proactive team player with strong ownership and accountability.
- Willing to be on‑call or provide support outside office hours when required.
