• Job Description
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technology solutions.
• Understand banking business processes, products, services, and digital banking features to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze and document business requirements, business processes, user journeys, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Work closely with business units, product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders to define solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of banking products, features, processes, systems, and their interdependencies across channels and platforms.
• Conduct business and impact analysis for new products, features, system enhancements, process changes, and regulatory or business initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions effectively address business requirements and are feasible from a system and integration perspective.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, planning, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Act as a project coordinator/PM for assigned initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions between business, product, technology, operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Identify business and operational risks, dependencies, and potential impacts, and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, product capabilities, customer journeys, and system functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking systems, products, features, business processes, and relevant industry practices to support business and technology decision‑making.
• Prepare business analysis, project documentation, presentations, and management updates to support decision‑making and stakeholder alignment.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business/Product Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar business-technology role within the banking, financial services, fintech, or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, processes, and digital banking channels, with the ability to understand product features and their end-to-end business and system flows.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and the ability to analyze the impact of changes across products, systems, channels, and operations.
• Experience working on banking or financial technology projects, including digital banking, core banking, payment, lending, cards, deposits, or other banking-related platforms.
• Experience managing or coordinating end-to-end projects or initiatives, including planning, requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
