About youDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is a must
Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
Familiar with hotel systems/PMS and other hospitality technology is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English
