What You Will Own & Build:
Process Mastery:
Map, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so our team can execute effortlessly.
AI & Internal Tools Development:
Design and build custom internal AI chatbots and unified data dashboards that aggregate data from multiple sources instantly.
Death to Manual Reporting:
Eradicate the friction of wondering “where is this data?” or “what report do I need to make?” by automating the entire intelligence pipeline.
The Rhythm of Accountability:
Make company goals, key results, and KPIs hyper-visible across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences, turning them into the objective baseline for all alignment meetings.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven track record in business process mapping, workflow design, and writing crystal-clear SOPs.
Hands-on technical fluency in configuring and building internal tools using modern AI platforms, automation builders, and dashboard interfaces.
Strong data intuition—you know how to connect disparate data silos into clean, actionable executive views.
