Location: Jakarta Barat
Handling system issues at outlets, head office and warehouses
Maintain SLA IT for problem solving
Perform UAT for new systems
Creating a manual for the new system
Do administration and maintenance for existing build systems
Job Requirements:
Minimum education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
Having around 2 years experience as IT System Support/IT Service Desk
Good understanding of F&B Business
Good understanding of IT Systems (ERP, etc.)
Good understanding in creating a UAT Documentation system
Good understanding of IT crating checklist maintenance system
Understanding of programming languages (PHP, etc.) is preferred
Restaurants & Cafes (Full Service) 1,001-5,000 employees
