• Lead the
  end-to-end design process
  , including user research, wire framing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing for web and mobile products.

  UI component libraries
  to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with
  cross-functional teams
  (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• ConductA/B testing
  and analyze
  user data
  to iterate and improve upon designs based on real-world feedback.
• Advocate for
  best practices
  in UX design, accessibility, and usability across the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping them grow their design skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.

• 5+ years
  of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing successful, user-friendly products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, user experience, and problem-solving across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Proficiency in design tools such as
  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision,or similar.
• Experience with
  user research
  methods and tools, including usability testing, persona creation, and journey mapping.
• Strong understanding of
  interaction design, typography, color theory,and
  visual hierarchy
  .
• Knowledge of
  responsive design
  principles and mobile-first design practices.
• Familiarity with
  HTML/CSS
  and understanding of front-end development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to
  mentor junior designers
  and guide design teams.
• Experience with
  design systems
  and creating reusable components for scalable design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,
  Agile/Scrum
  environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
