Jobs Description
- Analyze existing business processes across production, warehouse, and related operations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify manual processes that can be converted into automated and integrated systems.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain business systems based on operational requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and recommend suitable system solutions.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide recommendations for business process and system improvements.
- Prepare workflow designs, system requirements, process maps, and supporting documentation.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, digital business trends, and relevant market developments.
- Recommend practical applications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support digital initiatives, including basic digital marketing activities, when required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across production, warehouse, and other operational functions.
- Ensure business systems remain aligned with evolving business needs and operational requirements.
Jobs Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, information technology, system development, or a related field - Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business process analysis
- Demonstrated ability to develop or implement systems from the ground up
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn
- Business travel and accommodation reimbursement when required
