Application Engineer - AEC; Architectural Engineering Construction

We are seeking a motivated Application Engineer to join our team and support leading organizations in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

This role offers hands-on exposure to Building Information Modelling (BIM) and advanced technology solutions, with opportunities to grow alongside industry professionals.

Conduct research across architectural firms, engineering consultants, contractors, and construction companies.

Analyze business processes and supply-chain coordination within each sector.

Develop expertise in BIM workflows and our product portfolio.

Map and integrate product solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate solutions to enhance client processes.

Prepare proposals addressing client challenges with innovative approaches.

Oversee product installation, training, and solution implementation.

Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer success.

Minimum education:

Diploma (D3) or higher.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is an advantage.

Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred.

Proficiency in 3D design and visualization software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Tekla, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5) is highly valued.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent presentation and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Creative problem-solving and fast-thinking mindset.

Comfortable working with multiple targets and deadlines.

Discipline, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
