- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements related to HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management and Performance Management.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate Mekari Talenta solutions and configurations.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops for prospective customers.
- Develop solution proposals, solution architecture, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Support technical discussions related to API, webhook, authentication, data exchange, and system integration.
- Work with enterprise customers' IT teams to discuss cloud-to-on-premise connectivity, including firewall, port, VPN, proxy, IP whitelisting, DNS, and network requirements.
- Participate in RFP/RFQ, tender, and technical questionnaire processes.
- Address customer technical questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales cycle.
- Assess technical feasibility and identify potential integration, security, or infrastructure considerations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
- Provide customer and market feedback to internal teams to help improve products and solutions.
- Understand and assess HR and Payroll processes, including:
- Employee master data and organizational structure
- Payroll calculation and payroll components
- Attendance, overtime, and leave management
- Employee lifecycle management
- Tax and statutory payroll requirements
- Benefits and employee deductions
- Payroll reporting and approval workflows
- Performance management
