Fresh Factory is looking for a Tech Support to support our day-to-day technology and IT operations.
What You’ll Do:- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with user account, access, and device management.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors or IT partners when required.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues, solutions, and assets.
- Support other IT-related activities as assigned.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or similar role.
- Good understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to work WFO in South Jakarta.
