About AISensum
AISensum builds AI teammates that work inside a company's daily operations and improve its P&L. There are three. Daniel lifts revenue at the point of sale. Sasha saves time and cost. Nicole lifts quality and coaching for frontline teams. Our clients include Timezone, UNIQLO, ASICS, P&G, Combiphar and Het Echte Bakkersgilde in the Netherlands.
Human in the Lead. The operator decides, the AI teammate supports.
About the teamYou join the AI Performance team, which runs Daniel. Daniel has three parts:
Cortex, the intelligence layer our clients call “the brain”;
Offer Magnet, where the client’s team creates and publishes offers; and the Smart Offer Engine, which puts the right offer in front of the cashier at the counter. The team manages our enterprise client accounts and turns each client’s revenue goals into solutions that run inside their stores and systems.
Your main job is the client relationship. You sit in client meetings, understand the commercial goal behind each deployment, own the health of your accounts, and become the person clients trust to represent AISensum. You turn client needs into clear requirements and work with our Design and Development teams to take each solution from plan to live. You also run the day-to-day of client projects: timelines, dependencies and open issues.
You won't design the technical architecture or build the product yourself. You will need to understand Daniel well enough to explain it to a client and brief the team that builds it. You report to the Head of AI Performance and work closely with Design and Development, plus Finance and IT when needed.
