Requirements
- Willing to work full onsite in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading Agile teams in software product development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks.
- Experience working in Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience monitoring and improving Agile delivery metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burndown Chart, Cycle Time).
- Hands-on experience in software development as a Developer, System Analyst, QA Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Business, and Management teams.
- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken."
